Description: hand colored engraving with the portrait of Susanna Fourment 'le chapeau de paille'; half-length in frontal view, wearing wide-brimmed hat with feathers and low-cut dress, her arms folded over her chest; after Peter Paul Rubens; illustration from Allan Cunningham's Cabinet Gallery ('The gallery of pictures by the first masters of the English and foreign schools'). Susanna Fourment was related by marriage to Rubens' first wife, Isabella Brant. Later the widowed Rubens married Susanna's sister Helena Fourment.
