Description: After a picture also titled "Oude Scheld - Texel Island, looking towards Nieuwe Diep and the Zuider Zee," a seascape with boats in rough water and a wooden tower and figures working. Exhibited in 1844, the painting was presented by Robert Vernon to the nation in 1847.
