Antique Indo-Persian miniature painting depicting a party scene with handwritten text. A Drinking party of seven men outdoors by a river or lake. One in horse. Intricate details of rocks, low trees and flowers with a tent on the back. Painted in gauche colors with sky of gold.
Size is 18,3 x 28,1 cm.
Condition: signs of roughness along one edge from removal from binding. There are imperfections mostly to the margins due to age. Small holes, at least two affects the image. One small restoration that can be appretiated from the back on central lower part. In good condition given age. Please scan carefully.
