The doge would appear in the center of the procession, preceded by civil servants ranked in ascending order of prestige and followed by noble magistrates ranked in descending order of status. Image size with inscription: 20,6x33 cm. Published in Gentleman´s Magazine. Production date: probably 18th Century. Condition: this is a two folds engraving. There is one tear on lower margin that can be seen in the image. Please scan carfully.
