An antique engraving taken from William Maitland’s “History and Survey of London From Its Foundation to the Present Time". The History and Survey was first published in 1739, with an expanded version in two volumes in 1756. Maitland was a Scottish merchant and antiquary, born around 1693 and died in 1757.

Dimensions: 25,8x24,3 cms.
Condition: some light foxing on upper part of the paper as visible on scan. There is some smudging or imperfections mostly to the margins and from handling.
