Production date: 1804. Condition: Good. Lambeth Palace is the official London residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury. It is situated in north Lambeth, London, on the south bank of the River Thames, 400 yards (370 metres) south-east of the Palace of Westminster, which houses the Houses of Parliament, on the opposite bank. Bishops Walk, Lambeth, is a footpath by the side of the Thames, under the walls of the Archbishop of Canterbury's palace. It extends from Lambeth church to near Westminster Bridge, about half a mile in length.
