The monument was unveiled in 1821, on the third centenary of the Reformation: the statue is the work of Johann Gottfried Schadow and the canopy that shelters it was designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel.

Dimensions: 7.3 x 10.9 in (18.5 x 27.8 cm).
Condition: The image clean and good in tone; the paper with heavy foxing in the margins, already noted in the old record.
