Font Dressed with Flowers - Original English Watercolor - 19th Century

Anonymous original English watercolor of the 19th century showing a church interior: a Gothic stone font carved with trefoils, dressed with narcissi and ivy for a feast day, with wooden stalls beyond and a stained-glass Crucifixion to the left. Careful work, of great delicacy in the flowers.

Condition: Very good. Fresh color; mounted in a mat with gilt fillets, with light foxing on the card of the mount.
