Original lithograph by Michel Bez of a regatta of sailing boats worked in planes of emerald green, blue and turquoise, with a red sail as the only counterpoint. Signed in pencil and numbered 30/300 in the lower margin.

Michel Bez (Toulouse, 1951 - Sète, 2018) was a French painter and lithographer who specialized in marine subjects, and one of his hallmarks is this way of reducing sea and sails to flat marks of color.
