Original pencil drawing of the English school of the 19th century, with a rectory in the Gothic Revival taste surrounded by garden, cedars and conifers. Firm, detailed line in the chimneys and the sash windows. At the foot is a very faint handwritten pencil title in which only the word "Rectory" can be read clearly.

Condition: Good. Paper evenly toned, with light foxing along the upper edge and small undulations in the right margin.
